Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed stew meat
    2 c. potatoes, sliced
    3 large carrots, peeled and sliced
    1 bag frozen vegetables
    1 pkg. beef stew seasoning
    1/4 c. bell pepper
    1/4 c. green onion
    1/2 c. yellow onion, cut up
Preparation
    Season stew meat to taste and flour to the meat.
    Put oil, bell pepper, green onion and yellow onion in large pot.
    Brown onions about 2 minutes; add stew meat.
    Brown the meat about 3 minutes, then fill the pot about half full of water.
    Add beef stew seasoning.
