Grated Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 cups grated sweet potatoes
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 1/2 cups sweet milk
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    3 large eggs
    2 c. plain flour
    1 large box instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. raisins and pecans (can add)
Preparation
    Mix well with spoon in glass or plastic bowl. Pour into 2 large, well-greased and sugared (mix a little sugar and cinnamon together) coated loaf pans or pound cake pan not over 1/2 full. You sprinkle extra cinnamon and sugar mix on the top of batter. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes. Let cool, then enjoy.
