Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    4 to 5 c. sliced peaches (about 6 to 8 whole)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon in a 2-quart saucepan.
    Add peeled, sliced peaches and lemon juice.
    Cook until mixture thickens and boils; stir frequently. Boil and stir 1 minute.
    Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole; keep peach mixture hot in oven.
