Chris' Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks margarine
    3 eggs
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. plus 1/8 tsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream the margarine and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients.
    Make up cinnamon sugar and pecans mixture.
    Spoon half the batter into pan.
    Sprinkle cinnamon mixture on batter.
    Spoon remaining batter over cinnamon. I always sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar on top of batter (no pecans).
    Pour half into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Keep checking.
