Fresh Coconut Cake With Sour Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. grated fresh coconut
Preparation
    Mix and bake cake according to package directions, adding coconut flavoring.
    After cake bakes, prick layer with fork and spoon coconut milk over layer.
    Mix together sour cream, Cool Whip, sugar and coconut.
    Frost layer.
    Sprinkle coconut over top of cake.
    Refrigerate 2 or 3 days before serving.
