Canned Apricot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 to 1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 1/2 c. sliced apricots and juice
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cook apricots, brown sugar, nutmeg, flour and cinnamon over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
Pour into pastry lined pie pan.
Dot with 1/3 tablespoon butter.
Cover with top crust.
