Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    4 c. rhubarb
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Press one-half of mixture into 9 x 11-inch pan.
    Cover with rhubarb.
    Combine next 3 ingredients and cook until clear.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour over rhubarb and sprinkle top with remaining first mixture.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
