Lemon Tea Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 c. milk
grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Mix well in order and bake in greased bread pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Remove bread from pan and, while still hot, pour 1/2 cup sugar mixed with juice of 1 lemon over bread.
Yields 1 loaf.
