Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2/3 c. sour milk
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 ripe mashed bananas
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and shortening.
    Add eggs and beat well. Add flour and sour milk (with soda stirred into milk).
    Mash bananas and add to mixture.
    Add pinch of salt. Place in greased and floured pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Makes 2 loaves.
