Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box fettucini noodles
    1 carton half and half or heavy whipping cream
    1 stick butter
    1 pkg. (3/4 c.) Parmesan cheese
    salt, pepper, chives or parsley flakes
Preparation
    Prepare noodles according to package. Over low to medium heat, in saucepan, melt butter. Add cream and cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add chives or parsley for color. Stir sauce into cooked noodles and serve.
