Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 medium green pepper, halved and sliced thin
    1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Slice and cook carrots; drain and cool.
    Heat soup, vinegar, oil, sugar and dry mustard until sugar melts.
    Mix all together well and refrigerate overnight.
