Microwave Onion-Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium onions
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    4 c. beef broth
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Slice onions thin.
    Combine onions and butter in 3-quart microproof casserole.
    Cover.
    Cook on High 10 to 12 minutes, or until onions are transparent, stirring once during cooking time. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Cook 10 to 11 minutes (or until hot) on High.
    Serve in bowls with cheese sprinkled on top.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Total cooking time: 20 to 23 minutes.
