Cheese Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. hot, cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 pkg. chicken broth
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Into hot, cooked rice, stir 1 cup of the cheese, butter and chicken broth.
    Mix well.
    Combine milk and egg and stir into hot rice.
    Spoon mixture into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
