1/2 c. lightly salted butter, melted
15 oz. skim Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 lb. spinach noodles
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
