Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini squash, chopped
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    3/4 c. jalapeno cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook squash until nearly tender; drain.
    Add oleo, 1/2 bread crumbs, all seasonings and 1/2 cheese.
    Pour in beaten eggs. Blend and pour into greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle top with rest of bread crumbs and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
