Ham Asparagus Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked, cubed ham
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus or 1 lb. fresh
    1 c. diced Swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    1 c. half and half or 1 c. evaporated milk
    dash of salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    Sprinkle
    ham
    evenly\tin
    baked
    pie\tshell.\tArrange asparagus over ham;
    sprinkle
    Swiss
    cheese
    over\tall.
    Beat eggs; add half and half,
    salt and pepper until mixed; but not frothy.
    Pour over mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until mixture is set.
    Garnish with parsley.
