Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine, softened
    1 lb. cheese, sharp Cheddar, grated and at room temperature
    2 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix with hands.
    Will be crumbly.
    Barely flour board.
    Roll out 1/4-inch.
    Cut into strips with pastry wheel.
    Bake about 10 minutes in 400\u00b0
    oven until beginning to brown.
