Gourmet Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. choice ground chuck
1/3 c. dry bread bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. instant onion mix
1 tsp. dry parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 lb. cream cheese, cubed
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except soup, water, cream cheese and oil. Shape into 20 balls.
Heat skillet to 340\u00b0 with oil.
Add meatballs and brown on all sides.
Cover and reduce heat to 280\u00b0; cook for 15 minutes.
Remove meatballs from pan and reduce to simmer.
Spoon off drippings.
