Pico De Gallo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped fine
3 or 4 chilies (canned Serranos), chopped fine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt to taste
Preparation

Mix everything and serve on top of meat, eggs, beans, etc. Optional:
You may add chopped cilantro or chopped avocado.
