Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. water
    salt & pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. instant rice, uncooked
Preparation
    Cut chicken up into desired pieces, trimming fat. Place chicken in 9 x 13 pan and season with salt and pepper. Combine soups, water and rice. Mix well and pour over chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until chicken is done.
