Crappie Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. Accent (seasoning)
    1/4 c. oil
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend oil and water and add remaining ingredients.
    Dip fillets in batter and deep fry at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 or until golden brown.
