Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. carrots
    3/4 stick margarine, melted
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Peel carrots, boil or microwave until tender.
    Mash until chunky (use hand masher).
    Add flour, baking powder, beaten eggs and pinch of cinnamon.
    Add sugar and melted butter.
    Combine with carrots and stir together.
    Place in buttered Pyrex dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Lower oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for another 45 minutes.
