Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    salt and pepper
    6 slices apple
    6 slices onion
    6 tsp. brown sugar
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Brown pork chops.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Arrange in baking dish.
    One top of each chop, place an apple slice, an onion slice and a teaspoon of brown sugar.
    Stir water, vinegar and raisins into skillet with pork chop drippings.
    Bring to a boil; pour over chops.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
