Ever So Easy Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (28 oz.) None Such ready mincemeat
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened milk
    2 c. (1 lb.) mixed candied fruit
    1 c. coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0. Grease a 9-inch tube pan (line with foil) or use generously greased and floured 10-inch fluted pan. Sift together flour and baking soda, then set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Blend in dry ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 50 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.
