Raised Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    3/4 c. warm milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix ingredients; knead 5 minutes.
    Let rise at 85\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Roll out.
    Let rise 30 minutes.
    Fry in deep fat at 375\u00b0. Drain.
