Mexican Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or chuck
    1/4 c. fine chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped jalapenos
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 large can creamed corn
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    salt and pepper to taste
    2/3 c. milk
    1 pkg. cornbread mix
    4 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain; add salt, pepper and jalapenos.
    Combine corn, Accent and onion in corn can.
    Mix 1 cup corn and eggs into cornbread mix until moistened.
    Pour 1/2 cornbread mix into greased 8 or 9-inch square pan.
    Sprinkle on meat, then cheese, then remaining corn.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or golden brown.
