Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine, softened
    2 c. all-purpose flour (plain)
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. flour (plain)
    grated rind of 1 or 2 lemons
Preparation
    Pour mixture over baked crust and return to oven for 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven; let cool a few minutes, then sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
    Let cool before cutting into desired size bars or squares.
