Barbecued Pork Tenderloin(Outdoor Cooking) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3/4 to 1 lb.) pork tenderloin
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. crushed, dried, hot red chilies
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Trim and discard excess fat from pork.
    In a deep bowl, stir to mix garlic, ginger, chilies, mustard, brown sugar, orange peel, oil, vinegar and soy sauce.
    Roll pork in mixture, then cover and chill at least 30 minutes or up to 3 hours; turn meat several times.
    Lift meat from marinade; drain briefly and place above a solid bed of very hot coals.
    Brush with marinade; cover grill and open dampers.
    Cook, turning to brown evenly, and baste occasionally with marinade.
    Cook about 20 minutes only.
    Meat thermometer inserted will register 150\u00b0 to 155\u00b0.
    Add water to marinade to make 1/2 cup total.
    Add cornstarch and stir over high heat.
    To serve, cut meat into thin slices and spoon over sauce. Makes 3 servings.
