Brisket Of Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 well trimmed brisket
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can Pepsi
    garlic powder
    lemon pepper
Preparation
    Slice onion and place in the bottom of roaster pan.
    Put brisket on top and sprinkle with garlic powder and lemon pepper. Cook at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes uncovered.
    Pour Pepsi over; cover with foil and cook at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    This can be cooked the day before, then sliced thinly and reheated with barbecue sauce over the top.
    Delish.
