Carrot-Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, thinly sliced
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 c. herb stuffing mix
    1/3 c. oleo
Preparation
    Toss cabbage, onion and carrots.
    Combine celery seed, soup, sour cream and horseradish.
    Fold soup mixture into vegetables. Spoon mixture into a greased 9-inch square baking dish.
    Combine stuffing and oleo, sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
