Sausage And Cheese Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 loaves party rye bread
1 lb. hot sausage, browned and drained
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
Preparation

Mix browned sausage with oregano, salt and cheese.
Spread bread slices on cookie sheets and spread with mixture.
Place under broiler until bread is toasted and cheese is bubbly.
These may be made ahead of time and frozen.
Serve hot.
