Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 drops hot pepper sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise, egg, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper, pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add crab meat and 1 cup bread crumbs; mix well.
    Shape in 8 patties and coat with remaining 1 cup crumbs.
    Fry in hot oil until brown.
