Ribbon Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1 small minced onion
    1 pkg. herb flavored stuffing mix
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix beef, salt, pepper, onion and milk.
    Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
    Fill pan with three layers of meat and 2 layers of stuffing, beginning and ending with meat.
    Pack layers firmly! Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes until done; remove from pan and slice.
