Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and boned
    1 pkg. large egg noodles
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 lb. sliced Velveeta
Preparation
    Cook noodles in chicken broth.
    Place chicken in baking dish and layer noodles over chicken.
    Mix together the soups and Ro-Tel and pour over noodle layer.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Place Velveeta slices on top and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese melts.
