Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat, flaked and picked over, or 1 1/2 lb. salmon, cod or other fish (3 c.)
1 c. fresh bread
1/4 c. minced green onions
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 large egg, beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. unflavored dry breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine all except last 2 ingredients.
Spread dry breadcrumbs on waxed paper.
Shape mixture into 3-inch patties; cook 2 or 3 minutes per side.
