5 Tbsp. soy sauce
7 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. m.s.g.
2 Tbsp. red food coloring
Preparation

Marinate overnight in sauce.
Bake on a rack in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Cut in 2-inch slices.
