Spinach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 doz. eggs
    1 lb. spinach, fresh or frozen
    4 oz. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cover chicken with water and cook until soft.
    Clean from bones and chop fine.
    Cook spinach, drain and chop fine.
    Beat eggs well, stir in cheese and spinach.
    Place chopped chicken in broth.
    When boiling, stir in egg mixture.
    Cook a few minutes.
