Tijuana Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated raw carrots
    1/2 c. diced onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    In large bowl, pour milk over bread crumbs.
    Add ground beef, salt, pepper, carrots, onion and eggs.
    Pack into a 2-quart loaf pan.
