Golden Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (No. 2) can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
    1 c. pineapple syrup or juice
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. shredded carrot (raw)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add pineapple juice, vinegar and salt; stir, then add shredded carrot and pineapple. Refrigerate until set.
