Soft Pretzels Or Breadsticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water; add sugar and salt.
    Add flour; blend flour until smooth and form shapes.
    Place on greased baking sheet; brush with egg.
    Sprinkle toppings (salt, seeds, etc.). Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
