Stuffed Pistolettes - cooking recipe

1 lb. ground beef, cooked chopped chicken, shrimp or crawfish
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 small box chopped broccoli
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 bags pistolette rolls
1 stick butter
1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Brown ground beef, or mix cooked chicken, shrimp or crawfish with onion. Cook broccoli according to directions on box. Combine meat and broccoli; add cheese and stir until mixed. Cut small circle off top of roll and clean out most of the inside; mix 2 cups of the bread pieces with the meat mix. Fill each roll with mixture and replace circle of bread to cover top. Melt margarine and garlic salt; roll each roll in it after filling it. Put on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
