Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. half and half
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mash potatoes and beat in the ingredients.
Put in casserole dish.
Keep in refrigerator until needed (can be made several days ahead).
Bake in low oven until warmed through (1 hour or so).
