Crispy Chicken Livers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1/2 lb. chicken livers
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    In skillet, fry bacon until crisp.
    Remove from pan and crumble; set aside.
    Cut chicken livers in half.
    In small mixing bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Dip livers in flour mixture. Turn to coat.
    In skillet, brown livers in bacon drippings over medium heat, turning occasionally, until livers are brown and crispy on the exterior and cooked thoroughly, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
    Makes 2 to 3 servings.
