Canoli Shells - cooking recipe

6 Tbsp. Crisco
4 Tbsp. sugar
4 egg yolks
4 c. sifted flour (a little at a time)
1 c. grape wine
1 orange rind
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. white creme de cacao
Hershey bar
cherries
Preparation

Beat cheese, sugar and creme de cacao.
Add Hershey bar and cherries.
Stir all together and fill shells.
