Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes (9 large)
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook peeled and diced potatoes in boiling, salted water. Drain. Mash until smooth.
    Add
    remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
    Cover and
    place
    in
    refrigerator
    or use.
    To serve:
    Place desired amount in casserole dish;
    dot with butter.
    Heat at 300\u00b0 until warm through.
