Baked Cocktail Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter, softened
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 pkg. crescent rolls
    1/2 lb. Smokies wieners, quartered
    1 egg yolk
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine butter with mustard in a small bowl; mix well.
    Unroll rolls; separate into 4 rectangular pieces. Pinch together to make dough solid.
    Spread butter mixture on dough.
    Cut into 6 strips.
    Place Smokie on end of each strip. Roll up and pinch to seal.
    Place sealed side down on greased cookie sheet.
    Beat egg yolk with water; brush on rolls.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Serve hot.
