Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix (cornbread)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix soup, cheese, sour cream and stuffing mix. Saute onions until soft in oil. Add to other ingredients. Put in greased casserole dish and top with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
