Zucchini Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 peeled green zucchini
1 large peeled sweet onion
1 large can tomatoes
spaghetti
1/2 tsp. sugar or substitute
Preparation

Salt zucchini and onion in 2 tablespoons of oil; when half-done, add can of chopped tomatoes and juice.
When liquid is hot, add broken up spaghetti to liquid (nice handful).
Cook until done (stir often).
Add Parmesan cheese to each serving.
Leftover sausage, pork and chicken can be added at the last 3 minutes cooking time.
