Stuffaroni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Italian sausage
2 (15 oz.) cans marinara sauce or tomato sauce
1 egg
1 pkg. stuffaroni noodles
1/2 c. salsa
1/2 c. water
1 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Brown crumbled sausage.
Add marinara sauce and water; bring to a boil.
Combine Ricotta, Parmesan, cheese, egg and green pepper.
Fill cooked stuffaroni with mixture.
Make single layer in pan.
Top with sauce.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
