Honey Lemon Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
2 bunches scallions, tops and roots trimmed
6 Tbsp. melted butter
3/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. honey
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Immerse carrots and scallions in boiling, salted water and cook until tender-crisp.
Place in cold water to stop cooking and drain.
Combine remaining ingredients. Vary the proportions according to sweetness of carrots.
Place carrots and scallions in baking dish.
Pour sauce over them and bake for 15 minutes.
